Our Programs

We live and work in the very communities we serve.
Our programs are effective because they are designed and led by the people who understand these needs from the inside out. We take direction from our own community, and the impact is unmistakable — former students returning as teachers, teens becoming mentors, and parents embracing new tools that strengthen their families.

Together, these programs work to reduce vulnerability, protect youth from exploitation and gang influence, and build long-term stability for children, teens, and families in Carrefour. Through holistic education sponsorship, teen mentorship, young mom support, parenting groups, emergency medical response, and rapid disaster relief, we meet both everyday needs and critical moments.

Plezi Lekol

Children in vulnerable communities often need more than tuition — they need stability, nourishment, structure, and daily support. Plezi Lekòl is a holistic education sponsorship program designed to keep children learning and to keep families together. Gwoup Lavi

Gwoup Lavi is a weekly mentorship program where groups are led by trained local leaders. Students gather to talk about real struggles they often have no safe place to share — from trauma to peer pressure to life decisions. These groups protect teens from isolation, gang influence, and risky situations by grounding them in trust, guidance, and community.

Young Mom's Support

We support teenage mothers with medical care, emotional support, birth assistance, postpartum housing, and ongoing mentorship. Partnering with local hospitals ensures they receive dignified, high-quality care.
No young mom should walk through pregnancy or motherhood alone.

Parenting Groups

Most often serving single parents of children in our programs, these groups provide practical help, financial support during hardship, developmental guidance, and positive parenting skills. We work to break cycles of neglect, abandonment, and abuse by strengthening the family structure.

Emergency Medical Care

For many in our area, the GP Center is the only accessible place to seek urgent help. Our trained staff coordinate with partner hospitals, transport patients, and ensure they receive timely care — often saving lives. Immediate response prevents harm and protects the most vulnerable during medical emergencies.

Rapid Response: Emergency Disaster Relief

Because our team is made up of local community members who know the area better than anyone, we’re often among the first on the scene during crisis. We assess needs quickly and partner with outside organizations (medical, tech, housing, and more) to reach places larger agencies often can’t access.
Our agility allows us to protect families when disaster and instability hit hardest.
